Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final.
CupidX events are leisure activities booked for a specific date, which means they're exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under Norwegian consumer law (angrerettloven §22) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(l).
However, we refund you automatically in these cases:
- We cancel the event. If bad weather, too few sign-ups, or any other reason on our side means the hike doesn't happen, you get a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- The age attestation didn't match. CupidX is for adults 25–45. If you indicated “outside this range” at checkout, we refund you automatically and notify you by SMS.
- You tell us you're under 18. If we learn any purchaser is under 18 (regardless of what they indicated at checkout), we refund the full amount.
Ticket transfer (goodwill)
If you can't make your event, you may request to move your ticket to a future CupidX event in the same city, up to 48 hours before your original event starts. Email info@singlemingle.io with your ticket code. Subject to availability; one transfer per ticket.
Disputes
If something's gone wrong, email us first at info@singlemingle.io and we'll try to sort it within 24 hours. If we can't reach agreement, Norwegian customers can escalate to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet). EU customers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
